Deep Water Group Training with Linda

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:40am – 10:40am

A medium to high intensity workout in deep water for all ages and ability levels. Emphasis is on deep water cardio, range-of-motion movement for joints, stretching, and balance. Excellent for those looking for the next level up in there water exercises. This course is a progression in fitness. This is taught by an instructor certified by the United States Water Fitness Association and holds a personal fitness trainer certification. This class will be limited to 19 people. (5 weeks; 10 classes)

Session 12D: November 21 – January 9

Session 1K: January 16 – March 3

Rec Pass Members $8.50, Basic Members $16.50, Non Members $21

Shallow Water Group Training with Linda

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30am – 12:30pm

A medium to high intensity workout in the shallow water for all ages and ability levels. This is a class for people who want to strengthen their joints and increase their mobility without pain or strain. This course is a progression in fitness. This is taught by an instructor certified by the United States Water Fitness Association and holds a personal fitness trainer certification. This class will be limited to 19 people. (5 weeks; 15 classes)

Session 12E: November 22 – December 27

Session 1L: January 3 – January 31

Session 2G: Feburary 7 – March 13

Rec Pass Members $10, Basic Members $20, Non Members $25

Personal Water Fitness Trainer

This is for any adult who would like one on one water fitness training. This is great for anyone coming out of therapy. This is by appointment only. All participants who are interested can email crhoads@ywcagettysburg.org or call (717-334-9171 ext. 129) the Assistant Aquatics Director for an appointment with a water fitness trainer. A medical release form is required of all participants. One can be emailed or mailed out to anyone interested.

Our water fitness trainer is Linda Denniston. She comes with over 15 years of fitness training. She is certified through the United States Water Fitness Association and Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.

Rec Pass Member Fee $40/hr, Basic Member Fee $60/hr
