About our classes:

Pilates and Barre Class- Barre classes are a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training.

 

Bootcamp- Bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. It also includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope sprinting, and interval training that involves bursts of high intensity work.

 

Chair Yoga- A gentle class that enables people who cannot lie on the floor to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

 

Dance2Fit- is a fun, energetic workout that you can do at your own pace! This workout helps inspire and motivate people to make positive changes in their lives. Get ready to dance to various types of popular music for a rewarding full body workout that takes place in a positive, uplifting environment.

 

Fit, Fun, & Fifty+ (FFF) – A total exercise class for seniors. Cardio, toning, and flexibility.

 

The Fifteen Class- This class is a half an hour body sculpt With music, the first 15 minutes is upper and lower body exercises with weights and the second 15 minutes is abs on the floor

 

Gentle/Beginner Yoga- Gentle yoga designed for all ages.

 

Pilates- A beginner’s introduction to Pilates Mat work through a series of floor exercises designed to promote core strength, flexibility, good posture and improve body awareness.

Raising the Bar- Raise the Bar is an energy packed class that involves circuit training, strength conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T), plyometric, bodyweight / gravity exercises, and more. The objective of this class is to physically get everything out of you we can, having fun while doing it and helping you to raise the bar for yourself!

H.I.I.T- HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

 

Silver Sneakers Classic- Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

 

Silver Sneakers Circuit- the SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.

 

SLOW STRETCH YOGA- This gentle yoga class is primarily on the floor, aimed toward stretching muscles and connective tissue. It
will be beneficial for runners, walkers, cyclists, and weight lifters, as well as lovers of slow yoga.

 

Zumba– Fusion of Latin and international music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness class.

 

Zumba Toning- Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
