Circuit Training

100_2789The YWCA’s circuit training room opened in March 2014. This room features hydraulic resistance equipment that allows users to complete a low-impact cardio and strength-training workout in 30 minutes! This circuit is perfect for beginners, seniors, teens, and those who may feel overwhelmed by a larger fitness center. The room is open during regular YWCA hours and is staffed from 7 to 10:30 a.m. on weekday mornings. Access to the circuit room is included in all rec pass memberships.

A circuit training class for youth ages 10 and older is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 8 p.m. (Rec Free, Basic $20/month). Register at the service desk.
