Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:40am – 10:40am
A medium to high intensity workout in deep end of the pool for all ages and ability levels. Emphasis on deep water cardio, range-of-motion, and strength of movement for muscles and joints. Participants can expect to work out in a vertical position with a supportive floatation belt. This class is a progression in fitness, using benchmarks to measure performance. Excellent for participants looking for the next level up in their water exercises. Bringing a water bottle with you is highly recommended.

Shallow Water Group Training with Linda
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 11:30am – 12:30pm
A medium to high intensity workout in shallow end of the pool for all ages and ability levels. Emphasis on cardio, flexibility, balance, and strength while moving through water. This course is a progression in fitness, using benchmarks to measure performance. Wearing water shoes and bringing a water bottle with you is highly recommended.

Personal Water Fitness Trainer
This is for any adult who would like one on one water fitness training. Teaching sessions are by appointment only. All participants who are interested can email our Aquatics Director, Mark Mellon, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (717-334-9171 ext. 129) to schedule an appointment with one of our water fitness trainers. A medical release form is required of all participants.
Our primary water fitness trainer is Linda Denniston. She comes with over 15 years of fitness training. She is certified through the United States Water Fitness Association and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America.
Private Session (1 person):
Rec Pass Member Fee: $40/ per hour, Non-Member Fee: $60/ per hour
Semi-Private Session (1-3 persons):
Rec Pass Member Fee: $60/ per hour, Non-Member Fee: $80/ per hour
