Learn to Lap Swim

This class is for any adult who is comfortable being in the water.

Learn to Lap Swim with us! This class will teach you all the knowledge you need to confidently lap swim for fitness. This class will focus on building endurance, improving the front crawl (freestyle) and the backstroke. Other focuses will also include learning how to do open turns and/or flip turns at the wall, and improve your ability to breathe rhythmically.

You will be coached through a series of workouts, based on your swimming level, so that you will have all the tools you need to prepare yourself to swim laps as a form of fitness.
