Water Training Classes

Deep Aquatics Fitness Training
A medium to high level workout in deep water for adults of all ages and ability levels. Emphasis is on improving total fitness goals which includes cardio, easy range-of-motion for joints, simple stretching, and balance. Class is limited to 18 people. Class size is limited to the first 18 people.

Dynamic Shallow Water Training
A medium to high-intensity workout in shallow water for adults of all ages and ability levels. This is a class for people who want to improve their cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance. Class size is limited to the first 18 people.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday           11:30 – 12:30PM
Session 3: April 6- May 9       (registration closes April 5)
Session 4: May 11 – June 13   (registration closes May 10)

Rec Pass Members $10  Basic  Members $20  Non Members $25

Both of these group training classes are taught by an instructor certified by the United States Water Fitness Association and holds a personal water fitness training certification. She has been training people for more than 10 years in the water.  Her name is Linda Denniston.
