All participants receive instruction in Olympic gymnastic events and strength and coordination building activities. Our instructors are First Aid, AED and CPR certified.

Pre-School gymnastic classes
TUMBLE TYKES (boys & girls, ages 18 – 36 months)
Tumble Tykes allows parents and their child to learn basic skills together with the help of an instructor. Class begins with a warm up and stretch time where skills such as hopping, skipping, walking backwards and touching toes are used. Each week a new piece of equipment is introduced with different skills taught. Some of these things include mounting and walking across the beam, jumping on the springboard, doing L hangs on the bars, and learning log rolls and forward rolls on the floor. Parents and children are given the chance to go around to all of the equipment. Class ends with crashing the waves on our parachute.

TERRIFIC THREES (boys & girls, age 3)
This class is a fun way for 3 year olds to learn basic gymnastics skills with the help of an instructor. Children will go through a warm up and stretch time. They will also learn basic skills on each piece of equipment such as mounting and walking across the beam, jumping on the springboard, doing L hangs on the bars and learning log rolls, forward rolls and backward rolls on the floor.

FANTASTIC 4’s and 5’s (boys & girls, ages 4 & 5)
This 45 minute class allows 4 and 5 year olds to begin their learning experience in gymnastics. They will learn basic skills on bars, beam floor and spring board. Bars: chin up, L hang, pull over; Beam: walking forward, backwards and sideways; Floor: Log roll, forward roll, backward roll; Spring Board: straight jump, tuck jump, straddle jump.

Schoolage gymnastics classes
BEGINNER GYMNASTICS (boys & girls, ages 6+)
This 1 hour class is an introduction to the basic skills of gymnastics for children ages 6 and up. Skills will be taught on the beam, bars, floor, and spring board. Once certain skills have been reached, testing will be done will be done to advance into the intermediate class.
Wednesdays 5:25 to 6:25 p.m.
Rec Pass $51/session Basic $60/session
INTERMEDIATE GYMNASTICS (boys & girls, ages 6+)
This is a class for children who have an intermediate skill level. The first day of class will be a testing class for placement. This test will determine if the child has beginner, intermediate or advanced skill level. They will be tested on skills on the bars, beam, floor and spring board. Placement is based on skill level and form.
Tuesdays 6:30 to 7:45 pm

TUMBLING/FLOOR CLASS (boys & girls, ages 6+)
This class teaches the basics of tumbling. Skills to be mastered include basic jumps and tumbling. Participants will be broken down into groups based on skill level.
Wednesdays 6:45 to 7:45 p.m

Private lessons
This is an opportunity for 1 on 1 child to teacher. It is a fantastic way to learn a new skill or to work on a particular difficulty with a skill. Private lessons are priced per half hour. Semi-privates are also available.
