Step Right Up
A low impact aerobics workout suted for the intermediate/advanced student. This class will provide maximal cardiovascular conditioning with creative and challenging choreography.

The YW has something for everyone: rec memberships include fitness center, pool, gym, racquetball, aerobic classes, and lots more. Several membership levels are available as well as day passes and financial aid.
