TLC temporary loving care

This care is available for your children while you are using the facility.  You may not leave the YWCA grounds while your child is in our care.  TLC provides care for children 6 months through 10 years of age.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are strongly suggested, as we can accommodate only 8 children per TLC worker and reservations will be honored before walk-ins. Care is limited to one 2-hr session, morning and evening.

FEES

Two methods of payment are available.

1. Monthly Access Card this card gives unlimited use during a calendar month.
Rec pass            $15 / month plus Additional children charge of $5 / month if needed
Basic pass         $20 / month plus Additional children charge of $5 / month if needed
Nonmembers    NA

2. Pay per Session
$5 per 2-hr session per child      Payable at service desk before each session. Parent will take receipt to TLC worker.

TLC POLICIES

• Do not bring your child if they are sick or have been sick within the last 48 hours i.e. runny nose, fever, diarrhea, weepy eye, vomiting, rash etc.
• All your children’s possessions must be clearly labeled.
• If your child’s diaper needs changed, you will be called to do so.
• If TLC has left the room to go outside or to the gym, a sign will be placed on the door stating their location.
• If your child cannot be comforted within a reasonable amount of time you will be called.

TLC HOURS

• Monday – Friday                       9am—noon
• Monday and Wednesday       4:15 – 7:15pm
• Tuesday and Thursday          4:45—7:45pm
