Parent-Child (6 mo-3 yrs)

Give your infant/toddler a head start on life by helping them become comfortable in the water. Once they have adjusted to being in a pool, they are ready to learn more swimming skills and can get started at an early age.  This class helps prevent children from being afraid of the water as they age and it teaches them how to be safe around water.

American Red Cross Parent-Child Swim Lessons

This class is to familiarize children from 6 months to 3 years with the water and prepare them to learn to swim on their own. It is not designed to teach babies survival skills or how to swim without a parent. It is designed to equip the parent with skills to teach their babies to swim on their own. The cost is per adult and the infant is free. There must be at least two students for the class to run.  All children must wear a swim diaper.  Registration opens Feb. 15th

Level 1: Babies 6 months to 24 months
Level 2: Toddlers 2 years and 3 years
