Life Guard Courses

Do you want to save lives?  Become a life guard today.  American Red Cross Life Guard Courses train you for a job that most people can have starting as young as 15 and keep well into their adult years.  Being a life guard not only allows you the opportunity for employment, it also makes you a hero.

Participants must be at least 15 years old and able to swim 300 yards: (150 front crawl, 150 breaststroke) and retrieve a 10 lb. brick from 7-8 feet in under 1 minute and 40 seconds using the front crawl stroke and a feet first surface dive.
You could be certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard, Certified in CPR and AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid.
There must be at least three students to run the course.

Monday thru Friday  3:30-6pm
Fee: $215 (includes rescue mask, certification cards & instruction)

Registration opens February 15th for the following courses:
Session 03: March 19-30  Monday-Friday 3-5:45pm
Try-Out March 16, 4pm

Session 04: April 23-May 4  Monday-Friday 3-5:45pm
Try-Out April 20, 4pm
