Meeting & Party Rooms

Do you have an occasion to celebrate, but need a place to host it?  A meeting where you can also benefit from a little basketball or racquetball team building? Come to the YW. Our facility has amenities that can help you host that perfect party, reunion, meeting and other event.

You do not need to be a YW member to rent.  YW members, however, do receive the benefit of a 10% discount on the rental fees.

COMMUNITY ROOM
Our 42’ BY 29’ community room can be divided into 2 separate spaces. Each space seats 25 – 30 people and as one large room accommodates seating for approximately 75.  Chairs and tables are provided, and some audio visual equipment is available, as well as, wifi. You may bring your own food and drink, with the exception of alcoholic beverages. If, however, convenience is important to you, catering can be provided by Ragged Edge Café’s satellite location which is right next to the community room.

PARTIES
We offer several options for themed parties.  With these parties you have the community room for 3 hours with one of those hours being an activity hour.

Pool parties are always a good time.  You have one hour of splash time in the pool.  (The pool during this time is still open to the public.)

Gymnastic parties are an awesome time with fun on the balance beam, uneven bars, mats, spring-board and vaulting block. Party includes 1 hour of gymnastic activities led by YW staff.

Sports themed parties are when the hour of activity is picked by you and led by our staff. Your child may prefer a basketball, soccer, wacky sports, volleyball or old fashioned games activity.  We will try to accommodate your requests.

NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
One community room rental (1/2 room) is free per month for all Adams County non-profit organizations. If you require other areas of our facility, you will be granted a 10% discount on the rental fee of areas such as the gymnasium, pool, and racquetball courts.

Gymnasium, pool, and racquetball courts may also be rented on an hourly basis, separately or in combination with the community room. If you have other ideas of how our facility can meet your needs call us at 334-9171.  Be creative and make sure to come in and take a look.
