March Around the World
6 to 8 p.m. Join the YWCA in celebrating the changes of season that occur in March: spring in the northern hemisphere and fall in the southern hemisphere. Event includes food, children’s activities, music, and more. As with all YWCA cultural celebration events, this event is free and all are invited!
Women in History Essay Contest Awards
6:30 p.m., Community Room. First-, second-, and third-place winners in each grade level will be recognized. The public is invited and light refreshments will be served.
Brown Bag Lunch
Noon-1 p.m., Community Room. Free. Mark Berg will present “We Need to Talk,” offering ideas on how to start a conversation about safe driving with older family members. Bring your lunch or order ahead from Ragged Edge II, located inside the YWCA.

Combines non-stop step with intervals using weights.

A total body program that combines an intense hour of cardio drills followed by strength training segments that will short circuit your muscles!
