A low-impact water aerobics class designed
to increase flexibility, improve muscle strength
and tone, and increase cardiovascular endurance.
An easy-to-learn water aerobics class. Swimming skills not required.
This class combines water walking, deep
water running, and various water exercises
for an excellent cardiovascular workout.
A program of therapeutic exercises of
the Arthritis Foundation's Aquatic Program,
designed to improve flexibility, endurance and muscle strength.
A total exercise program for the 50+
crowd. Includes low-impact aerobics,
muscle toning--standing, chair and floor, and cool down.
Offered five days per week. Three days of aerobics and 2 days of
muscle toning and endurance.
Offering classes and programs such as:
Book Discussion Group, Bridge Group,
and ENCORE Breast Cancer Support Group.
A week-long educational experience for Seniors from all around the United States and beyond!
