“Successful Start”

We want all of our members to succeed in their fitness journeys, so we’ve designed a program to get all everyone off to a “successful start.” All new YWCA rec pass members receive:

  • a fitness center orientation, and
  • a 1/2-hour personal training session, which includes determining your goals, taking measurements (optional), and a body fat analysis. The workout from this session will be recorded so you can continue to follow it on your own.
