Gymnasium

Our gymnasium sees constant action. With pick-up basketball at lunchtime and evenings several times per week, enthusiasts can always find a game. Our easy-to-set-up volleyball standards offer quality pick-up play many weekend mornings. Children and adults take advantage of our many sports programs including floor hockey and gymnastics.

A removable divider wall separates the gym into halves. This allows a portion of the gym to be available for general member use while other sports programs are running.

Racquetball Courts

Our 2 racquetball courts are the only courts in the county open to the public. Available by appointment, these recently refurbished courts offer hours of healthy, exciting fun. These courts may be used for Wallyball as well.

Fitness Facility Rules

As a non-profit organization, it is the responsibility of both staff and members alike to take care of our equipment. We ask that you take ownership of your workout space. Our facility rules are designed for the safety and comfort of all our members. If we work together to enforce the rules, the YWCA fitness facility will continue to be the great place that it is!

The YWCA does not have a mask requirement, and the decision to wear a mask is up to each person’s comfort level. If you would like to wear a mask but do not have one, we will be happy to provide you with one at the front desk.
