With 3 seperate aerobics/dance rooms and a dedicated spin room, we have ample space to offer a packed schedule of fitness classes geared to all fitness levels and ages. We offer Zumba and Step to get your heart beating, a variety of body sculpting classes to tone you, Pilates to promote core strength, and fifteen weekly spin classes to keep you sweating.
With one or more yoga classes six days a week, you can reconnect your mind, body and spirit. Gentle yoga is a great introduction for beginners and the perfect workout for people trying to treat their bodies delicately. Our evening meditative yoga classes focus on relaxation, stretching and strength – a nice break from hectic schedules. Fit-yoga, offered most days, promotes flexibility and strength.
