Gym Gems
Boys and Girls, ages 3
This 45-minute class is geared to the needs of the
energetic preschooler, featuring structured
classes while allowing free expression of physical abilities. This class includes skill and coordination
building activities formulated to create confidence and a sense of
accomplishment.

Future Stars
Boys and Girls, ages 4 &5
A structured 45-minute class for children who have developed basic movements
and are ready for more
complex skills. While enjoyment is
important, emphasis will be placed on proper technique and execution.

Shooting Comets
Boys & Girls, age 6+ (Beginner & Intermediate)
This 75-minute class follows suggested USA Gymnastics skills progression.
Skill development and a non-competitive atmosphere are emphasized.

Advanced Shooting Comets
Boys & Girls, ages 6+
This 75-minute class that revolves around suggested
USA Gymnastics Skill progressions in a
non-competitive atmosphere. Students
work towards more advanced skills.
Prerequisite: Completion of Shooting
Comets and instructor recommendation.
