cycle classes

Your endurance builds, your heart grows stronger, and you burn lots of calories - all while you're listening to great music and having fun!  Each cycle class is a 45-minute ride that may include hills, intervals, sprints and recovery periods.  An instructor leads you on your ride but you make your ride as challenging as you would like by adjusting your tension control.  Classes are targeted to all fitness levels, are non-impact, and great for cross training.  Reservations are strongly encouraged and may be made at the Service Desk.  For additional information, contact Jennifer at ext. 119. 

 

·         Fees listed below are for rec pass holders, members, and non-members.  Individuals using a guest pass for the day must pay non-member fee.  No promo’s available for guest pass holder.

·         Reservations for classes are strongly encouraged.  Please sign-up for classes at the Service Desk.

·         Participants should arrive for class 10 minutes before the scheduled class hour.  This time is necessary to make necessary changes to the bike to accommodate your body.

·         Reserved bikes will be released 5 minutes before the class hour.

·         Classes are open to ages 16 years & older.

·         Purchased punch cards will be kept at the Service Desk.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

·         IF THE GETTYSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT IS CLOSED OR IS OPERATING ON A TWO-HOUR DELAY, ALL MORNING and MID-MORNING CYCLE CLASSES WILL BE CANCELLED.
